About our facilities
Cowbridge Business Park is situated on the north side of Boston, Lincolnshire. Located approximately 3 miles from the town centre and bordering the local golf course.
The site covers approximately 10 acres and is supporting 12 units ranging from 1000 square feet to 10,000 square feet and offers container storage. Our storage units are both 20ft and 40ft, built to resist all weather conditions and fully insulated.
All buildings are steel frame and brick construction, built to a very high standard with landscaping and good parking facilities. All the units have been built or refurbished to tenant’s requirements.
Cowbridge Business Park carries no surcharges or hidden costs. All storage container unit’s costs are per-month to give you the best possible value.
50% of the site is still to be redeveloped, which is ongoing. There is CCTV cameras surveying the site 24 hours a day, which is monitored and recorded. It is a well-lit site and secured by locked gates at night, and in addition the site manager lives on site.

Monthly Rates
We offer flexible monthly rates available to make payments easy and affordable. If you have multiple containers from us, these can be built into one invoice so everything is a single payment!
